Using Products From Chris' Kitchen

Cheese Crepes
 
2/3 C. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
3 Eggs beaten
1 C. Milk
 
2  8oz pkgs. Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
Choice of Chris' Kitchen fruit topping 
 
Combine flour, salt, and eggs. Gradually add milk use 1/4 C batter for each crepe.
Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread cheese mixture on each crepethen roll them up.
Top with fruit topping.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
 
Precooked meatballs
1 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)
1 Jar Pineapple Orange Jam or topping
 
Heat barbecue sauce and jam.  Add meatballs a simmer until they are heated through. 
 
Cranberry Orange Pork Loin
 
3-4 lb. Pork Loin
Salt & Pepper to taste
1c Cranberry Orange jam or topping
1/4t Nutmeg
1/4t Ground Clove
 
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Brown roast on all sides. place in a covered dish and bake  at 250 for 2-2 1/2 hrs.  Serve with rice.
 
 

Try mixing Jalapeno Pepper Jelly with sour cream to top those fantastic Posh Pierogies. It is Excellent!!
