Using Products From Chris' Kitchen
Ham With Red Pepper Mango Glaze 1
whole Ham or slices or your favorite ham loaf recipe
1/2 Jar Red Pepper Mango jelly 1 T. vinegar 1/2
t. dry mustard 1/4 t. cinnamon dash clove Melt jelly in saucepan stirring until
smooth. Add vinegar, mustard, cinnamon, and clove. Brush ham with glaze during last 30 min of baking or grilling.
Cheese Crepes 2/3 C. Flour 1/2
t. Salt 3 Eggs beaten 1 C. Milk 2 8oz pkgs. Cream Cheese 1/4
C. Sugar 1 t. Vanilla Choice of Chris' Kitchen fruit topping
Combine
flour, salt, and eggs. Gradually add milk use 1/4 C batter for each crepe. Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread
cheese mixture on each crepethen roll them up. Top with fruit topping.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs Precooked meatballs 1
1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's) 1 Jar Pineapple Orange Jam Heat
barbecue sauce and jam. Add meatballs a simmer until they are heated through.
